Hypothesis Statement
By providing educational resources in the form of webinars, we will empower our customers to fully utilize our product, leading to higher engagement and retention, thus decreasing our churn.
Experiment Design
Step 1: Identify customer segments which are likely to benefit from educational resources in the form of webinars. Step 2: Create educational webinars for identified customer segments.
Step 3: Introduce the webinars to the corresponding customer segments, and track response rate.
Step 4: Follow up with customers who have attended the webinars periodically, measuring continued engagement.
Step 5: Calculate churn rate after a given period of time, and compare to churn rate before implementation of educational webinars.

EXPECTED OUTCOME: As a result of this experiment, we expect customers to have an increased understanding of our product, leading to higher engagement and retention, and reduced churn.
